Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and specific shipping dates are not guaranteed.

Where are my shipping options?

We offer three shipping methods.

  2. Plus Shipping (includes delivery tracking) - $3.95
  3. 1 Year Warranty + Tracking & Insurance - $9.95

 

How long does it take for items to be fulfilled?

Order verification, quality check and packaging is done within 24 hours and orders are then sent to the manufacturer for dispatch. The manufacturer and local postal services process the orders, which can take 1 to 3 working days.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 15 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on factors that are out of our operating scope. For more information, you can contact us at care@sweetandrosy.com

  

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place an order with different items, they may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

  

How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. We also have a link to our Track Order page in our main menu and footer menu.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

We have fulfillment centers across the globe and ship from the United States, Canada, Europe, and China.

 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay the balance.

 

What if I entered the wrong address?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately at care@sweetandrosy.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
